Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, or Maestro card payments via Square, or payment via Paypal. Both methods are safe and easy to use.

Order Turnaround

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. Items that are made to order can take up to one week to ship. Orders being sent to a UK address are usually delivered within 1-3 working days.

Delivery

Shipping is charged at cost, as it appears on your order.

UK orders weighing under 2kg are shipped via Royal Mail  1st Class Signed For, and orders over 2kg via a courier service.

Shipping within the UK is free for orders of £70 and over.

Please take care to enter your delivery address correctly as we cannot be held responsible for any undelivered parcels or parcels delayed in transit due to incorrect address details being provided to us.

Our shipping costs are based on the weight of the order (although bulky products may incur additional charges) and are calculated at checkout as follows:

0-250g---£2.70

250g-1kg---£4.48

1kg-2kg---£6.45

2kg-4kg---£7.50
